Not all is going to plan for Ange. She and her sister witness an accidental death and must deal with some unwelcome revelations. They retreat to Death Valley to continue their spiritual lessons, which include meeting the ancient relatives, learning more about their Goddess powers, and discovering Karen’s smoulderingly gorgeous spirit guide.

Further complications ensue when tensions rise to breaking point between the angels and demons. On the run from her enemies, Ange gathers support for her quest, despite having no idea how to fulfil it. Will the Great Council on Philae guarantee the support she needs? Will she unite all factions in the universal peace of which she dreams? Or will there be war in heaven and on earth, despite her best efforts – and the best music ever to hit the radio waves?
